• Personal Lines – 20 hours

For combined lines, such as Life & Health or Property & Casualty, a total of 40 hours is required.

Steps to Obtain Your Arkansas Insurance License:

2. Submit License Application: Apply for your license through the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) at www.nipr.com.

3. Undergo Background Check: Complete the criminal background check online at Arkansas Background Check.

4. Schedule and Pass the Licensing Exam: After application approval, schedule your exam with PSI at PSI Exams.

5. Receive Your License: Upon passing the exam, your license will be issued, and you can begin your career as a licensed insurance agent in Arkansas.
