Ohio Insurance CEOhio is often in the spotlight for Presidential Elections. From Ohio State University to Kent State and Bowling Green State down to the Ohio Department of Insurance in Columbus, Ohio Insurance Agents are required to complete 24 hours of Ohio Insurance Continuing Education including 3 hours of Ethics Insurance Courses every 2 years.

Additional Ohio Insurance Continuing Education Requirements:

  • Ohio Title Agents - 10 hours of Title CE is required every 2 years.
  • Ohio Bail bond Agents - 14 hours of Bail Bond CE is required every 2 years.
  • Ohio Viatical/Life Settlement Brokers - 14 hours of viatical/life settlements and transactions CE every 2 years.
  • Flood - 3 hours of Flood Insurance Courses are required prior to selling Flood Insurance.
  • Long Term Care - An initial 8 hour LTC Training course is required followed by 4 hours of LTC courses every 2 years thereafter.

Ohio Insurance Continuing Education Courses are reported automatically to Vertafore (Sircon) once you complete your course.
